Mahasin Mohammed Dahab loved fashion from a very young age. this ever growing passion started in wadi halfa, her birth town, where she watched women around her dress in their traditional garments called jarjar. after being forced to leave wadi halfa, mahasin started to feel that people were slowly turning away from traditional nubian clothes. she became determined to retrieve and revive what she knew best and loved most from her heritage. this was the turning point of her life that made her the successful fashion designer she is today.
