she graduated From University of Khartoum BSc, Math and Computer Science in 2003 , and MSc., Computer Science in 2005 from the same university .Joined as Customer Application Analyst and charted an exponential growth curve to merit to the current position of Senior Technical Specialist/Team Leader (Site Owner) at International Turnkey Systems – ITS .Exploring new telecommunication technologies, identifying areas of improvement in existing telecommunication billing systems/ services to meet fast changing business needs and obtain maximum benefits. .Supervising deploying resources/ personnel, and conceptualizing strategies to effectively achieve desired levels of customer service, in consonance with organizational objectives.. then moved to Ericsson as Solution Architect , Then Service Line BSS Manager and Currently holding position of CPM – Customer Project Manager . with very strong technical background in BSS , Integration , Analysis along with skills in ITIL Service Manager – Service Delivery, ITIL Service Manager – Service Support, Impetus Consulting .
